He has always focused on the underwriting aspect of the loan process, and what a loan should be structured like to get a clean approval from the Lender.

John is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration. John and his wife have lived in Atlanta for 30 years, and moved from Atlanta to Jasper in 2009. They love living Jasper and enjoy everthing the North Georgia Mountains have to offer.
